About The Company

Overview

Ombrium is a visual effects studio based in London with remote capabilities, created and overseen by VFX Supervisor James D. Fleming.  Previously he has worked on over 60 high-end shows at some of the best studios in the world, bringing this experience to Ombrium and to your projects (see imdb.com poster links on this page for more information).

Since forming, the company has worked with many studios and clients both large or small, successfully completing their desired work of varying complexity. As examples, this includes proudly working with Lucasfilm, Disney, Paramount, Sony Pictures and Amazon-MGM Studios, along with having our company name displayed in the credits of major films and VFX heavy episodics.

We provide the full spectrum of visual effects, from the high-end hero vfx shots, all the way through to precise cleanup and roto. We can set our quality bar to the very top, or tailor however you prefer if budget is more important to you. About The Founder

Career
As examples among many others, James D. Fleming has supervised on Lucasfilm's 'Willow', both Ridley Scott's 'Gladiator 2' & 'The Martian', Marvel's 'Guardians of the Galaxy', Disney's 'Malificent', and 'Jurassic World 2'. He was also a Senior/Lead artist on the ground breaking Oscar, Bafta and VES award winning titles James Cameron's 'Avatar', and Alfonso Cuaron's 'Gravity'.

Always striving for the very best in his work, previously he achieved the highest possible Distinction Grade for his Masters Degree in Digital Effects, at the top University in the UK for Computer Graphics. He also gained the highest possible First Class grade with Honours, for his Digital Art and Animation Degree.
